San Francisco Golf Performance Center

The San Francisco Golf Performance Center delivers a refined, professional instructional experience for golfers seeking intelligent, personalized, and measurable improvement. Every lesson is structured and purposeful, shaped by decades of experience working with players at every level.

Teaching Philosophy

Every golfer is different, and there is no single method or formula for improvement. Instruction at the San Francisco Golf Performance Center is built around the individual, taking into account biomechanics, injury history, swing shape, and personal goals.

Lisa Allee applies proven tools and teaching strategies to help each player develop a more efficient swing and a stronger short game, with lower scores being the result. Complex concepts are simplified and communicated with clarity, ensuring each lesson is organized, intentional, and focused on helping clients understand not only what to work on, but why it matters.

Mental training strategies are integrated alongside technical instruction to support long-term improvement, confidence, and consistency.

Who Instruction Is For

Instruction is offered exclusively one-on-one to adult golfers of all abilities, including new golfers. Group lessons are not offered. Instruction is not available to juniors; clients must be at least 21 years of age.

Initial Performance Assessment (IPA)

All new clients begin with an Initial Performance Assessment, a comprehensive evaluation designed to establish a clear performance baseline and guides a personalized improvement plan.

The assessment evaluates swing mechanics, ball flight, and movement patterns using launch monitor data, high-speed video analysis, and professional observation. This process ensures instruction is focused, efficient, and aligned with each client’s specific goals.

The IPA allows instruction to begin with clarity by identifying priorities, eliminating guesswork, and setting realistic expectations for progress.
