Below are answers to common questions regarding lessons, scheduling, policies, and what to expect at The San Francisco Golf Performance Center.
What is the cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policy?
Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at the full lesson rate.
When do lesson series expire?
A six-lesson series expires six months from the purchase date.
A three-lesson series expires three months from the purchase date.
What does a lesson cost?
Current pricing is listed on the Lessons page. All major forms of payment are accepted, excluding checks.
Does SFGPC offer club fitting?
Yes. Club fitting is available to existing clients only.
Does SFGPC sell golf clubs?
Yes, exclusively to existing clients and only through Lisa’s equipment staff, Srixon|Cleveland Golf.
Does SFGPC offer group lessons?
No. Instruction is offered exclusively one-on-one.
Does Lisa work with juniors?
No. Instruction is offered to adult golfers only. All clients must be at least 21 years of age.
How do I schedule an Initial Performance Assessment or lesson?
All Initial Performance Assessments and lessons are scheduled online using the Book a Lesson button and following the scheduling steps.
What is the Initial Performance Assessment (IPA)?
The Initial Performance Assessment (IPA) is required for all new clients and includes:
- A detailed interview to review golf history, goals, injuries, and physical limitations
- A TPI physical assessment to evaluate biomechanics and physical capabilities
- An equipment assessment (clients should bring their full set if they have clubs)
- High-speed video analysis to identify swing flaws affecting consistency and distance
- An initial lesson using the remaining time within the assessment
Does SFGPC offer gift certificates, gift cards, or pre-paid services?
No.
Does SFGPC have parking?
There is no on-site parking. Several parking garages are located nearby, along with limited street parking.
